About us

Lap M Simon Lee, founder and director of Lap Surveyors, is a Member of RICS and a Registered Valuer, holding a Master’s degree in building management. His residential surveyor training began at a surveyor firm in Birmingham, where he developed his knowledge and experience, progressing to a competent residential surveyor. Simon then joined a family-run surveying practice in LONDON, gaining more experience in RICS home surveys, valuations, and snagging surveys. Drawing on his experience and expertise, Simon established his own firm, Lap Surveyors.

Simon's aim is humbly to continue helping as many people as possible through their home purchasing process.
